These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MegaFUNalo platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and any other features available on the platform. Eligibility

To register and use the MegaFUNalo platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must not be a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police (PNP).
You must not be listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP).
You must not be a holder of a Gaming Employment License (GEL).
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we determine that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, your account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the MegaFUNalo platform, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
You will keep your account information up to date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You will not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each player is allowed only one account on the MegaFUNalo platform. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Withdrawals

We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under your own name.
Any applicable fees or processing times will be communicated to you at the time of your withdrawal request.

All bonuses and promotions offered by MegaFUNalo are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined in the respective promotion details. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable terms, which may include:

Any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features.
Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the MegaFUNalo platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Platform Availability

MegaFUNalo strives to provide uninterrupted access to our platform at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any of its features at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
